Thanks, I'm sure stress is helping me lose some as well.

You'll be allright, just keep the attitude that you need to weigh in, when you get the attitude that it doesn't matter anymore is when you lose it, some weeks will be slower than other, some weeks you will gain, that's part of what makes this a challenge.

    Way to go.

Honestly after seeing my nutritionist for the last 4 months it all comes down to diet more so than working out. If you eat right you can still loose. It Just increases more with working out. I work out 3 days a week mon, wed, fri. But somtimes things come up so i miss one as long as i am still on target calories wise i still lose but might not be as much.

Im happy to say i am down another 2LB currently 55LB down. At 385 long term goal is 290 where i was freshman year in highschool playing football and playing both ways offense and defense. Long road but After seeing i can do this there is no excuse.

Yeah, diet is a large part of the puzzle, i forget sometimes though and I have to be reminded.

That's awesome, you'll get there just be consistent with your diet.

Started back on the horse today.

Been a rough several months. Foot problems sidelined me in October. Turned out, I had a form of bone cancer. Two surgeries and loss of 4 bones in my left foot, resulted in sitting around due to recovery and activity restrictions, eating out, grabbing drinks with friends, because that's what I could do, etc. The party life has caught up with me. Gained 10 net lbs since December going from 160 to 170 (after losing 30 lbs in 2016). Activity restrictions are starting to ease, so back at it.

Only bike for cardio right now, although I can walk, impact activities are just out of the question right now as I relearn balance in that foot. Combination of that and my last year's weight routine and I should be back, better than ever before I know it.

Nicer weather = more time in short sleeves or with no shirt on = motivation to go to the gym lol

Ok, time to get back on track. I am starting to do intermittent fasting. I don't know how well I will react to it, but it is worth a try. at hour 14 right now. I am not sure if I want to try 16 or 18 hour fasting periods twice a week

Gonna get in on this after searching around the forum,

Decided to change my lifestyle since I'm still young and get into shape about a month and a half ago. Have been trying to eat less and more "clean" food and drinking water instead of soda. I Started off walking around the neighborhood after class at night along with a few simple workouts at home. Then decided to get back into the gym this week since I was on Spring Break. Lost about 12 lbs since I started. Next week I'll be back in class full time so will have to re evaluate my plan between class schedule and other obligations.

    Height: 5'7
    Current: 223 lbs
    Goal: 200lbs (for now)

That's a good start. Tough to find time to workout when dealing with school and life in addition to gym time.

Middle of week two. Stamina getting better, soreness going down. Have to get some of the muscle back. Return to 160 lbs - goal set for June 1.

So I wasn't gonna post progress pictures until i hit my first goal weight but we had to take photos for graduation this week and since I'm only 10 lbs away I figured might as well do it now.

    Me in june/july 2015 at ~315 lbs
