just curious, is anyone running a set of these? I'm thinking about a set of 17's wrapped in 285's after lift gets installed. If anyone has them, where did you order them? Thanks!

Old thread I know, but did you or anyone end up getting these, and if so, how did they come out.

Just saw them on Amazon for $98 a piece with free shipping. Thinking about buying, painting bronze or gunmetal, leaving the caps off and seeing how it goes.

Haven't posted in a while but I still lurk.:) No complaints with the rims. Not as dark black as some others out there, more of a charcoal color. Mine are 16x8 and purchased from 4wheelparts for about $90 each. $98 is definitely a good deal for 17's.

I decided to purchase 5 Pro Comp Series 32 (7032) 16x8" / 6x139.7) wheels from Amazon. I'm a prime member so they cost me right at $500.00 and change delivered. I was considering the SCS F5s, which are still probably my favorite wheel, but wanted to do something different. I really like the Tandem 612s, but they do not come in 16s. So, for $500 for 5, why not.

Still debating between gunmetal and bronze, so I "painted" with Duplicolor CustomWrap Matte Graphite. I'll remove and do the same in bronze at some point for a comparison. Once I decide, I'll permanently paint.

Backspacing 4.5 and they weight 25ish pounds. I believe they are not hub centric. I used the recommended conical lugs and have no wobble or shake. Zero issues. I mounted 255/85/16 Cooper Discover S/Ts with an OME Heavy lift up front with a Headstrong 3AAL in the rear. No rubbing. I originally had mounted with 1" BORA spacers and had rubbing so I removed. They sit flush without the spacers. Pics below.

Looks great! I always liked MGM on bronze wheels, so if you wrap/paint them bronze I'd love to see that! They also are definitely lug-centric, did you try installing the centercap or are you just gonna leave it off? I heard some people in the past had issues with Procomp wheels and centercaps not fitting properly, but not sure on these particular wheels.

I love the Tandem 612s, but they are Out of Stock every time I go to their website and I haven't seen a used/pre-owned set anywhere. Do they even still make them?

Thanks, I left the caps off. Don’t like the look. I love the Tandems, also couldn’t find them and needed 16s.

They look awesome! I've always like the 7032's for their look, but my only hesitation is the full matte finish. How many cans/coats did you end up using to do all 4 wheels?

At Buy 3/Get 1 Free right now on 4WP, I may pick up a set and paint them like you.

Roughly 2 cans with 3 coats applied 10 minutes apart. Let them dry overnight and good to go. I would buy 3 cans to be safe, especially if you plan on keeping for a while. Don't know if you caught it, but I used a temporary coating from Duracoat, think PlastiDip.....just to see if I like the color. I will paint permanently at some point. They also make a matte clear coat, which I purchased and did not use.

So far so good. If I am being honest, I would rather have a set of SCS F5s, but didn't want to spend the money......wife is starting to get pissed. I've got to ease her into this tacoma thing.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks! I did notice it was similar to PlastiDip. I'm from Canada so the majority of the nice wheels I see on here are way out of my price range, especially when I factor in the shipping and huge dollar exchange rate. This is why the 7032's are tempting because of the budget friendly price.

I'm not the biggest fan of the matte black so a temporary color change (like DuraCoat or PlastiDip) is appealing. I'd have no problem paint them permanently once I figure out the right color.

Cool,....and if you get tired of gunmetal you can always change it up. Good luck.

One last question, did you have to run extended thread lug nuts on these wheels? I've seen other models that required these?

I purchased spline lug nuts because of the small hole diameter but i am unsure if they will grab enough of the threads.
