2009 White Tacoma TRD Off-Road SR5

Steel Front Bumper, Lift kit, Aftermarket wheels, Baja fenders and besides, CB radio

I have a 2009 Tacoma with Baja fenders and bedsides; I keep having an issue with debris clogging up the evap canister. They toyota dealer told me the Baja fenders do not allow the fuel cap to seal off the feed neck to the gas tank completely. Has anyone else had this issue; and, what are some possible remedies?
