Going commando on my shifters latest mod. The grey vinyl boots were getting worn and my wife didn't like the cup holder sticking out on passenger side. Stainless plate had surface rust so painted with plastic coat rustolium.

Planning to trim out the carpet edge and glue down. Will use front remaining brackets for gauge mount plate and planning to put a phone mount behind the 4wd shifter. Will update as it goes...

Here's an update to my power window, mirror, and lock retrofit. All the wiring is done. I just need to fit the terminal blocks, relays, fuse block, and locking computer inside a project enclosure to make it a little more neater. All the parts are genuine OEM components out on '04 Limited Double Cab.

Everything works great. I'm planning on motorizing the rear vent windows of my extended cab utilizing the double cab switches on my master switch. I might even motorize the rear sliding window if I can figure out a worm gear system.

Once I get my new window regulator in, I'll put it all in the truck.

Video of everything working can be found in my build thread!

I've always thought about motorizing the side windows on an extra cab! The Sienna has them.

I don't think I ever posted this here. Sunglass overhead console from a 4runner. I had to epoxy a nut to the roof to mount the rear of it. I also had to trim the sides to match the contour of the headliner.

Did my 4WD mud flap logos in sign grade retro reflective tape. Sorry I can't get the picture to load up. But afterwards I sprayed them with bed armor. So there a nice dark black.

I believe it was 99-02 but it may be other years. There is another version that has a sunroof switch as well.

Most mods are unique really, a lot of little things people don't notice. 01-04 mirrors, painted the grill gloss black on the inside. (Actually clear coated color match, but since the trucks paint is ancient it looks better than the rest of the truck)
Little shift knob to make me feel cool.

I'm going to have to do this. Been looking for something like this for over a year now. Thanks buddy. Did you drill through the roof?

Yes...used rivnuts and just ran 130 miles of overland/off road, only had one rattle issue. (loose rear rivnut bolt) Also mounted a Hi Lift jack to the pass side with much success/rattle free operation...

    Unique...100%.

I would hate to drive to the end of my fuel range only to discover a punctured tank and no gas...any plans to skid the bottom of your rack for protection?

If I can find some expanded scrap metal from work, yes. I don't think it's that exposed though.
