    Good evening guys. What's happening?

I was over on the bbq/smokers thread earlier and, in the course of a reply, talked myself into a cook for tomorrow. I'm going to do some chicken and vegetables on the smoker/grill and whip up some smoked salsa and asparagus to go with the chicken. I wanted to do half chickens but found some legs and thighs in the freezer I should use up first.

I countersunk the bolts so they won't touch the dirt, should be good

I went with the hi lift safe jack base plate and cables. I don't worry about it much now, at all.

I'm good. Been lazy the last few days.... will get back to it, very soon..... :(

Good news on getting a date. Take it easy and safe travels home

 Middle of the night morning for me, but that's my normal. :)

Went to Anchorage with the kids. Bought some new shorts for the FL trip. Then saw the new Power Rangers movie, which was great for them ( the kids ) but only ok for us; as Power Rangers was a show for them when they were kids, that makes sense. Finished off the evening with dinner at our favorite Mongolian BBQ place. Decent day all in all; surprisingly a trip into Anchorage that I have nothing to complain about.

 I hope I'm not getting soft, I have a grumpy reputation to protect.
Everyone needs a stretch of lazy days every so often. Is the sad face because of the lazy days, or because you'll get back to it? ;)

Enjoy the meet up. Looking forward to your review on the cart. Have a great day Jimi. :)

A racing buddy's daughter's family moved to anchorage last summer. Military stuff maybe.
I'm all done with winter. I gotta buy something for fishing..

    I hear ya' :fistbump:

... it's actually feeling like Spring here ... no doubt having said that, we'll get that late season dump I've been wondering about.

Go buy it for sanity's sake if nothing else.

Stay strong, it's a lot closer than it has been. ;)

    Have a good break Jimi.

Hope you're feeling better Mike. Buying fishing stuff might help.

Morning all. Quiet day today - dinner with my parents (mommy likes to take care of her only boy) and then relax in the recliner. I'm sure the evening will bring worry and anxiety about work...

Everything here is already green. Except for vehicles which have a nice powder yellow coating. Broke record highs last week in the Dallas area hitting the 90s. This morning it's 45.
