08 Taco 4x4 Sport 4 Door

I have a 2008 4dr 4wd automatic TDR Sport Tacoma that has just hit 210k miles. Other than routine maintenance, the only issues I have had have been to replace the front L axle/bearing and the heater blower. My mechanic says truck is in good shape. It just seems there is bound to be some major repair in my near future. Anything I should be watching for?
