I decided to paint the skid plate before throwing it on the truck. Currently in progress.

I'll be doing my first oil change here soon, going to replace the fluids with Mobil 1 0w20 Synthetic, haven't decided on the filter yet. I did just order a Fumoto drain valve to make my future oil changes a bit easier/cleaner.

Been a little while since I posted in here. I took the truck to Sedona today and did the Broken Arrow trail for the first time. Fun little trail with some great scenery, the truck did really well out there.

Here are my most recent mod updates. I finally got my wiring cleaned up and ordered a switch plate from Shape ways and a switch from CH4x4. I wanted a clean OEM look and the fit and finish is perfect. I'll be filling in the blanks later on when I decide what I want to put in there.

I also finished painting the Pelfrey Aluminum IFS skid plate and got it mounted. I ended up making contact on my last outing so I was very thankful I got that taken care of before my trip.

Overall I love the look it brings to the front end, I also like how the TOYOTA lettering almost seems to match the MGM.

It was my birthday this weekend so the gf and I made a day trip out to Sedona to do some hiking and a bit of offroading. Couldn't ask for a better day!

Stopped by @SDHQ OFFROAD and picked up their behind the grill dual light bar mount today. Took all of about 15 minutes to install, they came with very detailed instruction which is a plus.

    The details..

That's exactly what I got them for, the mall parking lot is really dark at night!

Decided to mount the Baja Designs ONX6 30" today.

The bar went in perfectly thanks to the SDHQ mounts I picked up earlier. These things are beefy, there is no play in these things.
    IMG_20170513_182015.jpg

    IMG_20170513_182025.jpg

I had to do a little trimming with the Pro grill to get the bar to fit, this hurt a little bit especially after just buying this thing.. Before.
    IMG_20170513_183743.jpg

    After..
    IMG_20170513_190610.jpg

And the clearance after the trimming.
    IMG_20170513_190835.jpg
All back together in a matter of minutes.
    IMG_20170513_191857.jpg

    Just peeking through.
    IMG_20170513_192009.jpg

Now I'm just waiting for my switches to arrive and I'll wire it all up and get some output shots.
