    Had a toyota truck for the last 16 years. Been reading posts from TW since I was a teenager (32 now), but just never contributed or joined. Previous vehicles-1988 4x4 22RE, 1993 4x4 22RE, 1998 V6 Off-Road 4x4 w/ diff lock, 1993 V6 4x4, 1998 base 2wd,

    current- 1999 SR5 V6 manually locking hubs, 4x4 stick with j shifter, extra cab.

    Only upgrades- Bluetooth enabled head unit, backup camera, wheels.

    All my trucks have been stick shift. Glad the new Tacomas offers the 6 speed.

    Was considering a double cab 2017 pro, but been hearing lots of issues.

    Love the wheels too. Arguably the best part of the 3rd gen.
