if you are eating it cold it actually has a lower net calorie, since your body has to use calories to warm it up so it can be digested; its practically a work out if you think about it

 

As long as you are not looking then you have a chance of finding her.

i feel like this is satirical, but have you ever seen a skinny person (beside cindy Crawford in those comercials) drinking a diet coke?

 

that's because aspartame and asulphame potassium and all other man made sweeteners are lies

 

it is, just like margarine. you body can't process it correctly, but it still tries, it sends it to your internal organs that need sugar to function and they don't get any energy from it, in large quantities it will actually starve these organs, because they will be "full" of sweetener and cannot take in sugar to actually function. similar to how carbon monoxide will kill you because it bonds to hemoglobin and wont let O2 bond, although most likely not quite as detrimental as CO, just using that as an example
