hey fellow turd gens. Whoever is running spidertrax. Did you have to get extended lugs? Or are you running your normal lugs? Some people say get them for reassurance some are just running them as is. Any insight would be great! Thanks

All the 1.25" Spidertrax spacers I've seen come with everything you need.

The new retaining nuts go where your lug nuts used to go (in the holes of the spacer), and your lug nuts thread onto the studs already on the spacer. No need to use longer studs.

For the thinner cheap spacers (the washer type without studs)... Yes, I'd get longer studs... But really I'd avoid that type.

Spidertrax or Bora and you'll be good to go. They come with everything you need.

Keep factory wheels and run wider tires to keep them out of the UCA, or Bro stance.

lol thank you all for your suggestions. I just dumped 5 grand into new suspension after saving for a while...

Didn't really feel like buying all new wheels too, a lot of guys use spacers. Some wheel light trails and some wheel harder trails, the amount of spacer failure has been a small percentage usually wrong torque or something like that. I'm just using the spacers to check out fitment since I've relocated the shocks in the back and got new ucas and shocks in the front.

But after all my research I couldn't figure out if I needed extended lug nuts. Lol

I think you are thinking of extended lug nuts, not extended lugs no?

With my methods i didnt feel there was enough thread engagement prior to wheel contact. As i wheel seldomly, i bought et lug nuts.
