The same bulb. Got them for both highs and lows.

I agree with everything you said. I have the original Flux beam and my friend bought the X. It does feel more premium. But the lighting is exactly the same as the original. I don't do alot of night driving but if I did I would have to put the factory bulbs back in. And not sure about your experience but if you have alot of rain where your at its even worst in those conditions. Atleast from my experience.

I was concern about how they perform in the rain. I might have to come up with a new set up if this doesn't work. The only reason for this upgrade or lack of upgrade was to match the stupid Drl. I wonder if I could change the Drl rather then the low beams? Anyone know of a change to amber color Drl's?

For all of those who were wondering what the low beams look like when used in the fog light housing, here's a picture I found on another thread: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/just-installed-opt7-leds-in-projectors-and-fogs.413429/page-49

TacoMan408: "I have the OPT7 FluxBeam LED kit in my headlights and fogs. Great kit but I DO NOT recommend these for the fogs - the light output is way too wide and bright. 100% chance of being an asshole.

Here's a pic my girlfriend took while I was driving on the highway. She didn't even know I changed the lights in my truck from the factory, but took the picture because she noticed how bright they are...You can clearly see how the fog light beam is soaring accoss the entire freeway and you can't even see the other cars headlights. Not cool."

Just ordered 2 sets of the H11 Fluxbeam X's for my low and high beams and a set of the Opt7 H11 Cree's for my fogs. Looking forward to installing them!!

If you drive alot where it rains don't do it. Specially if it's a dark road. These lights are horrible in the rain. I have the original flux beam my friend has the new X and we both took them off.

They are great. It's been raining a lot in the Bay Area and having yellow Halogen fogs really help. I agree that the led is not the best in the rain. But boy do the fluxbeam work great in regular city driving and they are a perfect match to the Drl.

Installed FluxBeamX in low beams and went for a country drive....I can't say I love them.

Did anyone here adjust your headlights up after installing the FluxBeam X LED Low Beams?? Seems all the light is concentrated right in front of the truck and anything above the hoodline in elevation gets zero light.

the way your lights are bright right in front is how they are. Mine was the same way. You can try to adjust them higher.

Seems the light output itself is REALLY bright...but the cut off is just too low. In theory if I angle my headlights up a hair, I'm thinking i may love these OPT7 Fluxbeam X bulbs in the low beams. I just want to make sure I can get them back to stock height if I decide to go back to stock bulbs.

How tight was the fitment on these opt7? There is only like a inch behind these before the frame gets in the way. Looks nice!

Anyone have issues with HD radio dropping once the Opt7 installed. My HD drops when lights are on. Opt7 sent me an updated driver but still have issues.

I just installed mine and everything works fine. Maybe you just got a bad unit. Have them ship you out a new set up.
