May have been discussed in the 9,234 pages but was curious what pressures people were running in their tires. I'm running a 295/75/16 and trying to figure out what would be best when on the street.

The Search feature allows you to only search within a thread, if you want. I searched "psi" in this thread and there were 109 results... But i didn't look for any running a 295. I think the best method is a chalk test to make sure you will be getting even wear.

It's going to depend on your individual vehicle. Just do the chalk test

I'm too lazy for the chalk test. Fill it up to 35psi and just wait until you get a little dirty with it. It's easy to visually tell if you pressure needs to go up or down.

That is weird, my 34X10.5X17 KO2 needed very little weight.

I'd take it somewhere else. Mine balanced with very little weights.

    Just a few LEDs...
Some people have had 1 or 2 tires out of a set of 4 that the shop says they could not balance. I think they were able to have the tire shop confirm this and get a replacement tire. Still, it seems like a good tire shop should be able to balance them. Maybe there is a manufacturing defect like the tires being out of round or something similar which might prevent them from being balanced properly.

They are dumb. Get then to turn them on the rim, if that doesn't work try road force. Mine balanced just fine.

they ordered a new set under warranty. I like the tires, they look and feel sturdy. Shop had a few come back with balance issues, maybe machine out of calibration. I wanted to get thsese wheels but told wont fit tacoma

I just purchased these KO2's and had them installed by the dealer. They were having a buy 3, get the 4th for a dollar deal. Had them do an alignment as well.

My previous tires were the KO1's in size 265/70/16.

I initially wasn't going to get these KO2's due to their increased weight (up by 3 lbs from the KO1's) and their load range E value. I was worried my mpg would suffer even more, and feared the ride quality would be too rough.

I just put about 10 miles on them, and they feel much softer and ride smoother than the KO1's. I'm happy with how they ride. We'll see how my mpg is affected.
