nasty dent on driver's side bed panel, shabby seats, cigarette burned interior roof, missing berf bar pad, cracked rain visor, removed hood scoop, unmentionable stain on back bench?
after installing bilstein 5100's on all four struts and the front set at 2.5", and toytec AAL with the 1.5" block I am experiencing some slight vibrations. Could the "lift" be affecting my drive shaft? What is the remedy for this? What would be a good aftermarket replacement for the drive shaft? And what is the labor like on something like that?

Try spacing the Carrier bearing first, Tom Woods, or High angle Drive line, make good replacements. around 4-500$ you should be about to replace the shaft yourself, its just a couple bolts.

yah sounds like the u joints man.

4421.frank yah try a carrier bearing spacer, you could use washers but its more stable if you make one out of steel plate or you could also buy one i think toytec sells them. Some people go with axle shims to correct driveline vibes to. Seems like the best solution is going with a new driveshaft though.

i was thinking of just getting a new drive shaft from either tom woods or drive line. How's the install for that? Anybody done it before? Kind of strange, that a little lift from a 1.5" block and a leaf spring would do this.

its not hard to install a driveshaft, just 4 bolts in front to the tranny,2 holdind up your carrier bearing and 4 more goin to your rear diff. Make sure to have emergency brake on when removing driveshaft.
Its actually not an uncommon thing at all to get vibes after messing with your suspension. It can happen at all different speeds to. Seems like its a trial and error kinda thing to remedy it for most people.I know its been that way for me.
