Banjo bolt (M12x1.25) pressure gauge adapter

Trying to find a fuel Banjo bolt adapter,

$13 M12x1.25 mm Self-Locking Nylon Insert Hex Lock Nuts, Pack of 6

M12x1.25 w/ a 90 degree 7/16in. x 20 Schrader gauge coupling to permanently mount to replace stock bolt for checking fuel pressures w/o the hassle. Anyone done this and if so where did you source the adapter? I understand these fittings came/come stock on some models, so I can't be the first one to want to retro fit a permanent mount. Old Taco's needing more attention and want to alleviate as much hassle as possible.
Also want to do the same to '05 Lexus GX470 w/ 4.7 V8 that has same banjo bolt set-up, except w/o the 90 elbow, just straight up.

Anyone know if this setup works on a 3.4L? I tried the Autozone loaner kit, which isn't bad, but there isn't enough clearance to get their bolt in and attach the gauge or the 90 to it. I think the bolt for the 3.4L is a M12 x 1.5.

 

It works but I had to remove the 4 bolts holding the timing cover on and pull it away to get the bolt in. Once bolt is in you can screw in the adapters. It’s a pain but it works once you do it

 

Want to follow up here. The banjo bolt and 90 above are useful however the Schrader valve in the Amazon link isn't quite the same as the one shown in the pic. The link is for a smaller, tire size Schrader for air applications. The one in the photo is a larger one appropriate for fuel connections. I ordered that one from Riffraff Diesel and it worked well to connect the Actron gauge from the AutoZone loaner kit. I will point out that the banjo bolt while having the correct thread size is slightly larger than the stock bolt, so you have to coerce the crossover piece a bit to get everything to fit.

I'm trying to do the same thing for the 3.4. Can you clarify your comments about the banjo bolt? You said that the bolt is bigger yet that the thread is the same, which is kinda confusing. Bigger how? Is the fuel rail banjo bolt on the 3.4

M12x1.25 or M12x1.5? Also, can you post a link for the valve you got? Also, did you use teflon on the threads?
