    Lol no it wasn't me. I'm drawing a blank on the guy's user name. He had them in backwards with a lock washer that didn't do its job very well. Luckily we somehow found both washers and the nut in the dark on a trail full of crushed rocks.

    Actually we lost the nut for a while. we hit the bolt with a hammer and it magically fell from somewhere on the truck to the ground right in front of the tire. Had to be the luckiest thing i've ever seen. Otherwise we would have been using ratchet straps.
