    Oh

I can't take credit for the design, I just found it on Etsy and adapted it to work on a MacBook.

    Random thought:

I was closing my tailgate earlier and I shut it on my damn finger. Hurts like hell. I'm super clumsy haha.

That would look badass on the lower corner of a door on a white truck, or the pillar. Some of those 80's decals were nasty.

Got a quote to do mine. Either 4.88s or 5.29s (havent decide yet...ill be running 35s). A yukon air locker in the rear and ARB up front. For $300 more i can get the arb in the rear too. Now, if i drop the truck off and they do EVERYTHING (wire lockers too), 5k.

Or. I buy thru ECGS and have my TW homies install them. 3100 plus beer, bbq, and jameson. Lol

I like the idea of dropping it off. Anything goes wrong i can blame the shop. Plus, with my recent surgery i cant lend a hand to my buddies and i feel bad having them wrench while i watch

Monte @Blackdawg any input on those yukon lockers. Recommendations? They come with a good warranty

Yea can't put a harrop in an E locker axle anyways.

Pretty sweet man. Been eyeing those things.

You'll enjoy the new found torque for sure! Though 4.88s woulda been cooler :D

Never used a Zip locker or even seen a taco with one. Not sure honestly. The two options id go for right now are ARB and Harrop personally.

    But i bet it's fine.

As for your plan, id go ECGS. THey have a 5 year warranty on the diffs. You won't fuck up the install of the diff itself, pretty simple really. Then just wiring and plumbing. Save the 2k. I'd be seriously surprised if whatever shop you take it too won't have a 5 year warranty on their work. Unless they do, then it may be worth it. Plus its always more fun to wrench on your own junk with friends :D

    also, 5.29s man

Lower driver rear window? Small sticker?

Haven't decided if I want to do a third member swap where I take just those in or full on shop swap. Depends on the funds at the time I guess.

Changing the diff out isn't THAT bad....okay the front kinda sucks i'll admit.

But not that hard. If i can drop the front, gut it, and reinstall it in the middle of the Canadian Backcountry on a dirt road with two friends in less then 3 hours..you can manage it in the garage just fine haha

Right now we're holding on to our 3rd vehicle til the taco is done. That way we can have it down for periods. But selling the 3rd car would expidite the purchases to finish the taco...

AZ is only half of Texas away( and New Mexico.)... So... 4 days :D:D when the time comes I'll be doing some serious research. Suspension should be done in next week or two. Then tires and it'll be daily drivable. Then I price gears.

I love Bruce's truck and that Ivan Stewart wrap he has... looks even more badass in person (even with my truck sneaking up in the back of the photo)...

So I have to run some wires for my Gentex rearview mirror behind the headliner, will around six 14ga wires fit behind it? Do I have to remove the headliner to accomplish this?
