    If there's any way you can get this in writing, or if she can furnish documents with this language, I'd try and get them before tomorrow so you'll these documents to back your story up.     So you were never convicted, just charged? And it was while you were a minor? You should be fine, just explain it and bring all the paperwork you can possibly find.

    Yea got everything in writing and had a meeting with the guy from the EMS Agency. So beofer I showed him the paperwork when I had jsut talked to him on the phone he basically thought I was full of shit but now that he saw it all he just has to call me former probation officer for conformation and if that checks out he says there shouldnt be a problem. im reall happy about that
