Having posted here for a while I see a number of people are less than happy with their brake feel, and it looks like it would be a pretty easy install on such a roomy engine bay, so why has no fab company made one yet? Or have I just totally missed it!?

For those unfamiliar, here's a picture of what I'm talking about:

The firewall and master cylinder can flex under braking (not as exaggerated as this image, usually even the worst offender moves a total of 1/4" or so) which causes a certain amount of "squish" in the overall feel.

It's something I've put on a number of cars and it does indeed change the feel so the pedal travel is... more "confident." Probably doesn't actually alter 60-0, just makes that initial bite a little better and the modulation feel more solid.

Here's a video of the actual deflection on a Toyobaru FR-S/BRZ:

Get an OR, the pedal is super sensitive.

Ah yeah, I forgot that the TRD OR brake booster works in a completely different way. So it wouldn't really provide much benefit for those models.

I think that's the only trim that has that booster, though. SR, SR5, Limited, and TRD Sport don't have that system, correct?
