    Hey

Can anyone tell me if there is any issues with installing an after market head unit on a 2010 access cab with that x box looking sub in the back. Im going to install a pioneer avic-x710bt, swi-ps and bluetooth/phone steering wheel controls. My guess is there may be some connection issues with using the standard wiring harness adaptor.... in other words how does the sub hook up to the head unit?. Any insight out there would be much appreciated!

    Thanks!

If its the same sub that comes with the jbl premium systems then youll need a special adapter to hook up the sub. one for the bluetooth too. and one for the steering wheel controls

    Thanks for the response...

Ya dont think its the JBL system. As for the steering wheel phone and stereo controls (a la: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/2nd-gen-tacomas/51212-bluetooth-steering-wheel-controls.html ), these will go into the swi-ps controller and then plug into the back of the HU. the sub however is the million dollar question. I put a new head unit into my previous 2007 access cab sr5 with this harness with no probs but the sub in making me think there would be more connections needed....
