    took me 30 seconds to figure it out. Used a hole saw at went in straight relative to the front of the bumper., similar to how you would notch tube at an angle. I knew the angle the bumper was swept at so i set the band saw to that and cut the tube so it sat flush in the hole, welded and polished it down to make it seamless. for light mounting I just welded on a pre-fab tab i found laying around in the garage that worked perfectly.

    Those sliders are very nice. What type of welding are you guys doing? I can weld with a stick ok but have never learned much past very basic and crude applications. Nothing like yall.

    These were done with mig (hard wire with shielding gas). I am an Ironworker by trade so in my "spare" time at work I screw around with truck stuff.
