After considerable debate, research and a bit of cussin', I decided to make my own. Had to drill into the console, but it's clean. Got the phone holder off of Amazon for like $13. A couple of clamps, screws, nuts and bolts at Ace were $5 and the scrap of aluminum I had lying around was free. I templated the aluminum bracket with cardboard then cut and shaped the aluminum to fit the contour of the console. I found a 90 degree angled USB plug for the power socket (not enough juice from the factory USB port), and ran the cord as shown. Rather rudimentary, but takes up no space that could be used for other things.
