    Just a few LEDs...
    I think you have to have a special permit to drive on the national seashore south of Back Bay in Virginia Beach.

    If you go way up to the eastern shore to the Assateague National Seashore, you can drive on the beach there too, but Corolla, NC is a whole lot closer.
