Did a muffler delete, sounded pretty bad imo... Anyone swap the stock muffler with a flowmaster super 44, any opinions?
Also, does anyone know the inlet and outlet size for the stock muffler? Thanks y'all

I did, with that exact muffler, and it sounded list utter shit on this engine. It literally sounded like
my exhaust fell off. Took it back the next day and swapped it back for the stock, which I
saved in the bed......just in case. It was like hearing some old beater with a broken exhaust.

Even had wifey come out and listen and she said - did your new exhaust
break? :( I said no, that's the, urrr, ummmm... upgrade... LOL

Pretty sure it was 2.5 on both ends.

If I do any catback it will prob be the TRD. Anything else will be either too loud and or drone.

I had an equivalent on my 2nd gen. If you decided to get one, save your money and buy this instead. It's the same thing, just without the brand. Their patent expired awhile ago.

Busted CV boots and lots of squeaks.
I put on a Magnaflow and it sounds pretty good. Turned it down over the rear axle. Better than stock, but not annoying.

Yeah, it sounds really good on these trucks. A bit loud for some, but I love it.
