I purchase A front runner slim line II rack for my 2014 trd and the rear cross rail sits on the shark fin antenna and I get a loud buzzing vibration noise 25-30mph I assume it's coming from where the antenna and the cross bar meet. I've called front runner several times they don't offer much far as help, they did send me some slightly bigger spacers but not big enough to make any difference. Does anybody have this set up that can share photos of her rack set up to see what I'm doing wrong. Heres my photos.

You have the front air dam installed wrong, it has to be under the rack.

Well, have you tried to put it(air dum) in a correct position? I had similar noise without it at first.
I have exact same rack and it is as close to the antenna shark as you have and no noise.
Make sure you tightened all the bolts and there is nothing loose.

That rack appears to be pushing down on that shark antenna, denting your roof.

Yes I have everything super tight in fact when trying to get the rear bolts in it was really difficult I had to push down the rack everything I had to get the bolts to start the thread because of the presser from the antenna pushing up on the rack.

Mystery. All I can suggest in this case is to produce/buy/get longer spacers and put them on. You are using the long ones at the front and back, and short ones in the middle?

Makes sense. The roof is curved after all. High point in the middle.

If all else fails; you can trim the shark fin. There isn't really anything in the plastic cover that extends that high up. Its more of a flat motherboard looking electronic piece inside there.
