Just received these yesterday and was wondering if I'm missing a bolt? The "left" side of the Dakars match each other perfectly, but the "right" side looks like it's missing a cross bolt. Is this normal?

I just checked mine, you appear to be missing a bolt. Give ARB a call, Ive had nothing but great customer service from them. They'll most likely send out the missing parts to you.

Thanks! I just emailed Marie at Headstrong about it.

You can still install them while you are waiting for the replacement, the missing bolt isn't going to cause any issues.

They keep the pack together through articulation.

Good to know. I'm still waiting on a few other pieces to arrive for my suspension though.

Not enough to have a build thread.
I'd contact ARB directly. I contacted Toytec (I bought mine through then) and while they were cool, they basically gave me the equivalent of a shoulder shrug and what do you want me to do about it over the phone. Contacted ARB and they sent out everything I needed and more.

I had the same issue but my bolt fell off after 6months. Contacted Arb and they sent me a replacement free of charge.

It looks like one of your leaf spring isolator pads is sliding out as well. Look at the top picture. It's the yellow thing.

Arb will take care of you.

Yeah I noticed that as well. Is that something that I could slide back in easily?

I was able to slide the yellow pad back into place, but it looks like it's missing some kind of black tab to keep it in place. 1st pic shows the missing piece compared to 2nd pic:

Let arb know when you call them about the missing bolt. Otherwise I'm sure you can just throw some glue in there and it will stay put.

Is anyone out there removing these cross bolts on purpose and just discarding them?

between the front and rear eye bolts and the U bolts I have a hard time seeing these shifting and wondering if the pack could flex more without them.
