After installing wiring harness, main bulbs not coming on. I have checked wiring a few times and it appears there are no errors. High beam gate functions fine so I know power is going through the harness.

Positive to positive, negative to ground, factory plug to factory plug, harness to ballast and igniter to ballast but lights don't come on on either side.

I had a similar issue. Contacted TRS, they thought it could be a bad relay box, so they sent out another. Same issue. I wound up wiring up my own harness.

There should also be two grounds on the harness off each plug for the ballasts. Did you ground those wires as well?

Put the high beam plug to your ballasts. See if you can fire up your ballasts with a high beam setting. The point of this is to rule out the ballasts being an issue. If they fire up its probably your harness.

TRS look led at the pics and say that I have the wrong igniter for the given ballast. Correct ones will be on the way. Have to see if that does the trick. They they still should come on but not work well
