I have a 2012 Tacoma DCSB Prerunner. Recently put on BFG 265/70/17 I am getting a small bit of rubbing, but only when approaching an incline and turning. Like pulling into the driveway. No issue on flat ground. Should I be concerned about the run or just ignore it. Small area on wheel well about the size of a quarter. At least that is all I can find.

Hmm, interesting. I have the same wheels and same size tire but in a Duratrac, not BFG. I've never had any rubbing.
If it were me, I wouldn't stress it, it sounds like it's such a very small area.

If it's that small of a rub then I wouldn't worry about it.
If you really want to fix it then I would suggest getting a lift.
