intermittant vibration and steering wheel play

    stock 2003 tacoma trd 4wd
    have play in the steering wheel but it seems like it comes and goes. sometimes its nice and tight at other times theres about 1 in play. I also have a a vibration at the front end which comes and and goes. It feels like im driving over pebles.
