I don't believe I have a Trip Meter Knob. I was reading about resetting the 'Oil change reminder' light and the instructions were to hold in the 'trip meter knob' while key was in the off position. However, I don't believe I have one. Mine is a TRD ... do some models just not have this feature? If not there must be another way to turn that maintenance light off.

I suspect "trip meter knob" is yet another name for the "ODO/TRIP" button, the Japs do this all the time, using multiple and often unrelated terms to refer to the same object.

It's in the owner's manual--you can download one on the web, just "google" it...
