I have a 2003 double cab and I want to put some subs in without forfeiting one of my back seats, does anyone have pics or ideas about how to fit one in there?

I am getting items together for an install on my 01 double cab. After some rough measuring I've come to this conclusion... we're scr*wed! Well, not really, but we are extremely limited. If you're willing to put the time and effort into glassing an enclosure, you can fit 6.5" or possibly a shallow 8" behind the seat. I'm going to try the shallow 8" route and will order up a Dayton shallow 8" (http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=295-132). When I get it (or them) I'll have a better idea of what I have to work with.

The only other option you would have is to build an enclosure off of the rear part of the center console. You would lose legroom for the middle passenger in the backseat if riding three abreast, but you may be able to fit a 10" there. But I'm just guessing as I haven't measured.

I've got one behind the center console that works pretty good. Just take it out when you need the extra room.
