Buying Options Gen 2

Hey Guys I'm new to the forum and am in the market for a used Tacoma.

In my area and price range the newest truck I could find is a 2014 SR5 with 138000 miles on it already. Knowing a little bit but not everything on longevity of the Tacomas is there any major concerns I should have moving forward? What problems start to come up around this mileage?

I am looking at another 2009 with around 60000 miles and the same price. However with the 4.0 its only rated for 3,500 lbs towing is the only difference there the transmission cooler or is there rear suspension upgrades as well?
