Okay this is on a 2016 Camry:

What is this spot? How do I clean it? It looks like it is under the clearcoat.

    ____

Bonus: Either automatic car wash or dealer scratched my paint when doing oil change and transmission flush. I am thinking dealer because I haven't washed it (other than pressure washing) in a while and they are last to detail it. It is minor but annoying now I have to get touch-up paint.

I know this sounds silly, but could it be a water spot or some sort of contaminate that fell on it?

Hard to tell in the picture, but you might be able to remove the minor imperfection on your Taco, with a polish compound like Meguiars Ultimate compound. If you wet the scuff with water and it disappears, it can be easily removed with a polishing compound and a microfiber cloth. If you want to spend some money, take it to a good detailing shop and have them look at it. :)

Looks like a spot where two Mosquitos were fornicating.
Kinda looks like some type of fluid ate away at the clear coat. Like when brake cleaner hits plastic or something similar.
