    Stock worked fine, I upgraded to centric(stoptech) slotted rotors and hawk pads. Stops good.

    Yea I would stick to a smooth rotor for a 4x4 application for that exact reason. Maybe it's fine? But something getting stuck in there seems like it would end poorly

    Honestly the grooves/dimples are so shallow I couldn't see anything other than some water/mud getting in there, which would fall out after it cleared the pad. Now thru-drilled rotors I could see something getting caught in.

    I was just surprised. Dan at Firestone kicked ass on my alignment. The Desk Jockeys didn't soo much like him doing it, starting to clog up their schedule they like to keep double booked.. I asked to get a print out before any adjustments were made and let me look it over, the desk jockey said they would give me a before/after so I corrected him on what I wanted. Once they pulled it on the rack they took me back and Dan was super awesome and treated it like an alignment on his own vehicle. He wasn't happy with some of the numbers and spent the time to change them. He did ask several times if I had changed any parts, lol nope sure didn't. Told him I'm just rough on it, lol AOP was rough on it.

    I've known many to use slotted but that is here... with the truck being off the streets every weekend for camping in the summer I'm thinking slotted will be ok as 5 days out of the week she is a pavement princes hitting the malls super hard...
