03 2wd 4 cyl Regular Cab with a cap

Gave up on bumper towing. Got the class 3 from etrailer.com and the plug in no splice light kit. Free shipping since the hitch was 127.99 and the no splice kit was around 40. They ship out of MO. The free shipping is UPS and it came to CT in under a week. Mine is an 03 Taco.
