Hi guys, I am looking at doing a 3" lift on my 2017 Tacoma. Is there any real difference between Fox coilerovers and the Icon coilerovers? Any advice or recommendations is welcome.

    Thanks

Only real differences are the color, and that Icon are digressive out of the box, while Fox are progressive out of the box. I believe both can be custom valved for either though.

Icons are stiffer at slower shaft speed and Foxes are stiffer at higher shaft speed. So, Icons will feel firmer on the street while softer while going bumps and whoops while Foxes will feel softer on the street but firmer over the bumps and whoops.

I went with Fox as none of my offroading is high speed, mostly low speed stuff over sh*t trails and roads. They've been great.
