RD 121 or RD 111 for Manual Transmission?

I planned on buying the RD 111 since it is listed for manual transmission models and 3.9+, but when I searched on here I found this thread stating you cannot find 4.56 gears for that model. Is there any reason I cannot use the 121 on a manual transmission?

You're 2011 a v6? Then you have 3.73 gears. You want the 121. I believe @the glen is selling one...

 

I want to go with 4.56's to match the rear.

Thanks! I've been lurking on and off for a while but I just recently started working on my truck since I'm moving to Colorado. A little sad I'll have to park the bikes for winters. My third member with 4.56 gears will be here tomorrow and I still haven't ordered the locker for the front yet. There doesn't seem to be a ton of info floating around for front lockers.
