Truck running bad after plugging in light bar

    Need help with what this is, plugged a light bar into my battery now my truck runs like crap

    Have you removed the wiring for the light bar and set it back how it originally was yet?

    Reserected from the dead.
    Guessing, the ground wire is the same.as the body ground. Find a different place For the negative wire.

    In addition, are you using a relay for the light bar?

    "Runs like crap" is not very helpful. Is it sluggish? You may have created a short, but I would think a fuse would have blown. What specifically is happening?

    If you had the battery disconnected, the truck will run rough for about 30 miles. It's the truck computer re-learning stuff. Sometimes it happens; other times not.
