What are the best cheap headlights and what do you guys think about Xenon lights?

Just put a pair of Philips Xtreme-Vision 130+'s in, seem to be a good bulb, a fair bit cheaper than the GE Nighthawk's I had in before. Avoid anything with a blue tint through the entire bulb, that just tints the light (and in doing so blocks some of it).
