I under coat the inside every year. Ever hole on inside and outside of frame front to back lots of fluid film. This was also done on my last truck 1990 Toyota from new. It was by far the best frame around here no rust on frame after 25 winters. Truck here that are not under coated (oiled) rarely last for 15 years. I have no doubt mine will last as long as the rest of truck. I have never washed the under coating off of the bottom of my truck. Friend of mine who works for Toyota replaced many frames but never one that was properly under coated before rust stated and done yearly inside and out

x2 on the wand for the inside of your frame. I have a 3' one that works like a charm.

also if your frame rusts in Houston texas, there's no hope for mine way up here in nova scotia, canada
