need to learn more about this stuff
If you have an inclination towards quicksand id do it or I think you'll regret it. I live in La and EVERYONES cars and trucks are black, white, silver or gray. Love my quicksand truck. Sticks out and looks SOOOOOO GOOD. Only seen 2 others in the last bunch of months in the area. This pic is another users, but it's how I want mine to end up looking. How sexy is that thing?

If you're thinking resale, I think MGM is a safer bet. Quicksand is a more taste specific color IMO.

I love my MGM ! I was in the same spot but the dealership had this one in stock and I got the best deal so I went with MGM. The problem with quicksand for me is that the color changes too much. ( People say that about MGM and it's also true) but I feel in some photos I really like the Quicksand and in others I don't.

My only complain about the MGM is that is shows the dust a lot. Quicksand is probably better at that?
I really have to stay on top of keeping it clean even here in San Diego. But it's kinda like a black car in that aspect, because when it's clean it looks GOOD!

I ordered a MGM from the dealer and then called him the next day and changed it to QS. Never regretted the change.

Everywhere I go people walk up and comment on the truck and say something like, "Man I love that color, what is it?" I doubt any other color would do the same.

It all depends on what your going to be using the truck for.. if your going to be doing a lot of off roading then MGM color will show a lot of the scratches or dirt and dust. I went with the QS color because it was more of a unique color. Both are nice colors cant make a wrong decision there

I had a MGM on the OR and had to put chrome on it to break apart the MGM and black colors.
Waiting for a transparent truck...maybe not, don't want people to see my dipstick when driving.

Quicksand! It's awesome at hiding dirt, pollen and small scratches, and is just different enough to stand out without being obnoxious. It also has no metal flake which I prefer. Love this color. Looks great with black accents too.

I was an Inferno fan. Then told of the order wait time for that color. So I had to choose between MGM and Quicksand as alts. Ended up going MGM for the resale value, as I like both equally.

Quicksand is more tactical. Better in a desert environment. This comming from a MGM owner

I also spent a good amount of time picking between mgm and quicksand. After swapping last minute, I mean the contracts had to be switched out at the last step I went with quicksand. Something about the color makes me look back and smile every time I park.

Quicksand would be cooler in the summer when you start the truck in the sun. Wife picked black for our truck but I like the quicksand best.
