    Yeah, I did say to him that I was "willing to try", but he was very adamant about not hiring me for the position (long story short). It was pretty obvious he liked my "character/person" and such and even told the temp agent that. But yeah, they both worked out something that might be a "possible fit" and I believe it is for a Manufacturer Engineering position from what I understood from the temp agent?

    Anyways, THANKS BRO!!! You and a few others KNOW what I've put myself through, but I just HAD TO DO IT!!! :bowdown::thumbsup::fistbump::cheers:

    Employers don't want to hire over qualified people because of the reason Randy said - they get bored, and therefore will quit after a short amount of time leaving them to hire someone else and spend more money hiring and re training.

    No, this is a much, MUCH SMALLER company, but the atmosphere seemed pretty relaxed, which is a HUGE PLUS!!! That other one, my main point of contact is "out of office" until next Monday. LOL, I believe I still need "clearance" with the gubment tho, LMAO!!!

    That other place that I was talking about last week was a fairly huge facility and I think I would get better, overall, everything regarding pay/medical/etc, but if this other place (i.e. my interview from yesterday) hires me first, I'll still take it and see where it goes from there and besides, it is "long term temp", but with that "new position", I don't know, as that wasn't the original job placement in the first place? Definitely keep you guys updated!!!

    And, all I gotta say is THANK YOU BROS!!! All of this means aLOT to me!!! :bowdown::thumbsup::fistbump::cheers:
