Looking to purchase a set of 17x9 wheels, with a 6 on 5.5 bolt pattern, -6 offset, and 4.75 backspacing. Looking to put it on a 2016 sr5, would they fit and would I need wheel spacers?

Wheel spacers would make the chance of rubbing more likely.

    What size tire?

No spacers needed. Your tires will already be poking outside your wheel wells with that offset. Depending on tire size you may need to do some trimming. 265's no, 285's definitely.
