So I've looked over the link above.

If I understand correctly the front Third Members on the 2005-20015 is interchangeable with the 2016+

Now it's the rear that I get confused with, the Auto 2016+ 4x4's without E-Locker come with an 8" R&P, where as the Manuals and OE E-Locker Auto's come with 8.75"

Okay the 2005-2015 Rear Third Members came in two sizes as well, 8" for OE E-Locker and 8.4" for no locker.

How much of the third members 8" is interchangeable, not counting the work it'd take to make the 2nd Gen E-locker fit in my truck, but would the third member mount up with the bolt holes and drive even if the E-Locker didn't work?

3rd gens have a completely different axle housing and 3rd member, they are not compatible at all with 2nd gens. 1st and 2nd gens share the same rear differential, and are interchangeable.
You would need to swap the entire axle housing in order to use a 2nd gen e-locker.

Then the only good part is the front for me for a salvage I found. I'm just trying to collect two stock units to switch back to for when I go ARB because warranty. Lol
