2002 Chevy Cavalier vibration at highway speeds

Ok...have a 2002 chevy cavalier with 218k miles on it....recently a bad vibration that can be felt and most definitely heard has developed at high way speed on front drivers side, almost like a rubbing and or a grinding noise but with vibration when turning left or right, either way doesnt matter.
Here is what I have done to try to rememdy the problem so far......
Sway bar bushings
New caliper on drivers side
New CV axle drivers side only
New ball joints both sides
New tie rods both sides inner and outer
New wheel bearings both sides
New Struts, complete both sides
Rotors and brakes checked and appear to be fine with penty of life left
Dust shields are rusted away
New tires front only, rears are still in good shape
Alignment 4 wheel
Rear wheel bearings seem ok, no play in tire when pushed or pulled
Motor mounts seem fine, no rocking in the engine when sitting still and accelarating

I have done all the work on this car since it was born and it has lasted me this long, I know what youre thinking....come on man, its got 217k on it, dump it.....I just cant , this is a car that starts and shifts and runs flawlessly until this vibration.....and it is my favorite work car I have ever had....
Any ideas fellas? I am willing to hear anything.

Shit man, I forgot to write that lol, I replaced the constant velocity on that side bro, I need to edit the OP. Thanks.

 

The only thing I didnt really replace on the drivers side is the control arm, and the lower dog bone .....Might just be that dog bone.

What happens when you feel the vibration and gently tap the brake pedal ?
You are not hitting the brakes , you are manipulating the brake switch to turn the converter clutch off .
Hold your right foot steady on the gas when you feel the vibe and gently tap the brake pedal with your left foot
Did the vibration go away for a couple seconds ?
