I bought a tacoma with 146k miles on it a month ago. I got an oil change the day I bought it but didn't do anything else with fluids and wearables. I don't have maintenance history but everything seems to be running well.

What should I have done at 150k? 4x4 and 6-speed manual.

I would do pretty much all major fluid flushes on it. Diffs, trans, coolant, etc. woukd check to make sure braking and lowersteering fluids looked good.

You never know how people drove things lol

First thing I would do is change the battery. You don't know how old it is or how it was driven or length of being parked. Nothing worse than being stranded out of the blue.

All that other stuff can be done slowly.
