hey guys I bought a set of billy shocks installed in factory springs ( used). One spring has a yellow mark the other has a red mark. Do these marks have any meaning as to which side they mount on my truck ? I have a rare day of little to no rain and was hoping to install them
    Thanks for any input

Not enough to have a build thread.
Where's the mark? I'll compare to my truck. It probably identifies driver vs passenger as the driver side will be a little stuffed to compensate for the extra weight on that side of the vehicle

It's about half way down the springs. Someone undercoated my springs so I don't know if it's inside or outside. One has a red mark the other a red mark

I have a red/pink paint mark on my driver side spring. Cant see any mark on my passenger side but it could be inside the tower where I wont be able to see without a mirror.
