My DS door lock actuator is not currently working. The PS actuator functions fine via the switch and the signal from the DS to the PS is functioning ( key or lock tab manual actuation triggers PS actuator.

I pulled the DS actuator apart and replaced the drive motor as done in this thread
    http://www.rav4world.com/forums/96-...actuator-repair-fix-your-door-locks-free.html

When I manually supply voltage to the motor it runs with no problem, however the switch still does not trigger any type of motion to the DS actuator.

Anyone know of a relay or anything to be checked? I need to find my volt meter so that I can determine for sure if there is electric signal in the harness, but any other tips would be great.

PS functions off of the switch just fine. I believe the signal is split to the two doors after the switch, but I've been wrong before

Ok, just throwing it out. There, said it worked when manual power hooked up but when switch applied it didn't. So sorry logically I went to the switch. I am sure there is a relay or fuse under the hood.
Btw I tend to be wrong a lot. Lol

Also the door lock actuators are the the same circuit as the Power windows although my manual says nothing about the power door locks in the manual.

Were did you get the drive motor? This is good info to repair your own actuators.

    Ordered the motor from eBay
    Here

The plastic gear just pulls off of the factory motor, the one I ordered does not have the little pins the factory one does to connect the wires too. I simply soldered mine in

Ok a little interesting bit. Went to test my switch and the switch and harness both do not have pin #6. I'm at a complete loss now. So confused and frustrated

Still? Nothing is working except power supply right? Then when power is to be distributed through the switch to door lock it doesn't work. So no power flows from switch to door lock but does run through to another item right? This was my understanding.

I get continuity between pins 1&5 and this triggers an unlock function on the PS door. Continuity between 1&2 triggers a lock function on the PS door, but nothing on the DS door

Apparently my body harness is different from the one you posted because neither my switch or Harness is pinned with the #6 pin and the continuities are different from what you posted

Trying to help. But not very good at electric, so take it from the top and explain this to me like I a 10 year old and we can figure it out. Probably just over thinking it. Have you gone back and read the thread you made the repair from. Probably a stupid question.
