    • Four ST MAXXs and one used spare
    • Free (through life of tire) replacement for any damaged tire that cannot be repaired (except wear)
    • Free (through life of tire) tire rotations, balancing, alignments
Stock tires replaced at 35,335 miles. Got a flat (03/24/17) and no one wanted to repair (prohibitted by law, too worn out). Been saving up for the MAXXs, finally have them on.

No rubbing issues at full-lock (both ways) with front mini flaps on (took them out anyway). Truck has stock suspension. Feels a little heavier right out of the store's parking lot, will find out more accurate numbers on the next few tank refills comparing old readings (odo/mph) with old tire size and these ones.

Store's system recommended 35 psi for all tires, will observe and adjust to my liking if needed.

I now understand when fellow members say that pictures do not do justice on these handsome tires. Looks a lot beefier in person.

Comparison pictures (brand new vs today)

Run 255/80/17 on a 17x8.5 rim as well. Testing flex on the new suspension this past weekend in Anza Borrego.

Break time's over Vin, back to supervising the next batch of bronze Ray10's in 17" that I need! :deadhorse:

Which will then have a set of 285/75/17 S/T Maxx on them. So Cal tire shops want $1,314 for these things, eBay is $1,172 plus $100 to mount, Amazon is $1,224 but I get 3% cash back plus $100 to mount. Dammit this is going to hurt any way I go. :annoyed:

Update. I've been doing some legwork this week and found out that the size I want (285/75/17) was discontinued June of 2016. I can still get a set online but now I'm not sure I want to if replacing a blowout won't be possible. Everyone keeps pushing me towards the Nitto Trail Grappler, good tire but I like ST Maxx more! Thoughts? Input? Discuss.

Icon coils, Squeaky dakars, Thule rack, tinted windows, weathertech rain guards, Demello off road front bumper, warn winch, shok sound deadening.
I found them at sears for $1093 with tax. Amazon was $1242. $150 cheaper. Better than nothing I guess. Will pay for the mounting.

Through an unfortunate event (or fortunate depending on how you look at it), I'm pulling the trigger on these in 265/75/16. Somehow my front and rear passenger side AT3's both suffered a small gash yesterday on the way home. I was able to make it back to my driveway but they were gushing air out of them. I'm thinking maybe it was a gnarly rock in the road that slashed through them? I live on a dirt road that is in rough shape right now with some stretches barely passable (mud season is our 5th season here).

So up until this moment the AT3's have been great, but two flat tires at once with 30K on them has me wanting the added reassurance that comes with the ST Maxx's. Will post pics tomorrow after they're mounted. Cooper's all day everyday.

That's odd. Everything I've seen led me to believe that size is fairly new, not something that's been around and just discontinued. OP @Chux just picked up a set
