    Hello folks, looking around and finding very vague info about it. keeping factory radio and finding a plug and play adapter with rca outputs for a subwoofer obtion for a 3rd gen taco... T.I.A.!!

    Hey there. You have a couple options. The one thing you will need for sure is to purchase an "add-a-subwoofer" harness from *********.com (or something similar). This harness is plug and play and creates an extra set of leads from your back speakers to be used as a signal. All without cutting/splicing anything. These lead wires (right/left for the rear speakers coming from the entune HU) will let you either run to a line-out converter which you can then run RCA's from to an amp OR you can run these leads directly to an amp that has speaker level line inputs. I did the latter as my amp had speaker level line inputs.

    Sounds like you're looking to use RCA's so you'll need the harness and a line out converter. With those two, you'll be able to have RCA outputs to hook into an amp to power your sub. Hope this all makes sense.

    Sorry for the late reply! That's what ended up doing, adding a LOC and it gets the job done. Added an in-line noise filter as well.
