I know the tent and color I want is out of stock and I believe the tent and color Startrooper wants is also out of stock. We should both call on the 17th and see if they are available so we can get everything on one shipment to cut cost.
Just an idea, let me know what you guys think. Trying to save as much as possible...

So was the $200 increase only on the Summit or was it the Pioneer as well? So whatever it's priced on the site now is that minus $200 plus discount? I will be picking up tent. Will I need to pay during GB or can I pay when I pick up?

I might be in for a Mt. Bachelor Standard in Stargazer Tan... I just need it before June.

 

I do not have much experience, but I have been trying to figure out how to build my overland rig.
90% of the time I will be with no more than 2 People (including myself), maybe 3 people on occasion.
What do you guys recommend?

Here is a storage idea for you new tent buyers. Got everything (pulleys, rope, eye bolts) from the hardware store for about $100. Still need to fine tune it with some extra parts here and there, but it works great.

 

This is exactly what I want to do, the rack and the tent. Do you have a motor to assist in the up part?

 

No, i didn't want to rely on something electronic. The pulley leverage is enough for me to lift and lower by hand (wife wouldn't be able to tho). I just remove the far right side rope from under the tent and it starts coming down.
But to make it even more easy, look into a block and tackle
